I am excited to be a member of the Winter Artist Collective at The Ocean Blue Vault. The Ocean Blue Vault is a beautiful gallery with over 25 artists showing their art.

My images will include landscapes, wildlife, hummingbirds, and an image of the Northern Lights when the Northern Lights were visible over Half Moon Bay last May.

Please join me and the other artists for our opening reception on Saturday, January 18th from 1 PM to 4 PM. I would love to see you there!

I went to the Pinnacles to capture the Perseid meteor shower on August 12th. These are images from that night/morning (9:30pm-5:00am) spent with and two photographer friends As an added bonus, the Northern Lights were visible. We saw so many meteors, but thrilled with the "fireball" meteors that lit up the sky. The brightest meteor I captured went right through the Milky Way and was so bright it reflected on the reservoir. You can see the head of the meteor a bright yellow.orange, the body glowing green, and the tail green/ yellow/orange. A couple other images have a "mini fireball" meteor with some of the green and yellow visible . Single images mostly shot at ISO 3200, 16mm @ f/2.8 for 15 seconds.
