10 consecutive days of live music complete! Topped off with a great fireworks at Polar Park for my birthday! Such a fun week to catchup with friends, music everywhere and just enjoy life & summertime! Fun event and friendly crowd for the every Wednesday jam session where all are welcome. This week was Lynn Anderson's 'bday' feature and was joined by other singers, guitars, drummers, and even 2 congo players! Lots of rocknroll covers spanning all the decades!

Great to chat with friends old & new, rock out to the end and bday cupcakes, and Austin made chicken pesto pasta salad ! Good times and YUM!

July 8th 2026 (Out to Lunch w/ Brown Eyed Women & the South NE Witch Dancers)

Wonderful weather and wonderful sounds for this weekly lunch time series on the Worcester Commons. Brown Eyed Women is a all female group celebrating the music of the Grateful Dead and do it well. Lots of dancers with the music filing the park. Southern New England Witch Dancers entertained during set breaks with their dance routines.

I love that the city does these types of events

The rain cancelled my plan for the day and almost didn't but made a quicktrip for tacos and got yummy chicken cashew instead ! Nice chatting with Dr Gonzo and his friend. Stu always has a story to tell, a song to sing and then a story about the song!
He only played a few and then he was off into the night. I stuck around with his friend and had some nice talk about gardens, birds, woodchucks,fireflies, fasciation...

I've seen the Hipswayers (duo/trio/deluxe) SO many times but this was actually my 1st time to attend the bands 1st MONDAY residency at Vincents. And I love the DELUXE version with lead guitar and drums so it was a nice treat for an early week show. Large songbook spanning decades and still surprising us with new takes.
Great catching up with Toni & Dave and hanging out back with all the regulars and joined Lynn & Juan to watch the World Cup game. Lynn joined the band for a couple 'shake' songs and we made plans to 'Ramble' on Wed night for her bday/feature with Ripple Effect!

Gorgeous weather and a great turnout at this summer Sunday series in West Boylston. Professional rocking band with 2 sets of classic rock covers. Lots of dancing and ice cream !
Nice seeing so many familiar faces , enjoying outdoor summer weather with a soundtrack and the opportunity to have some real talks with people who care.
