Hello everyone, Danny and I wanted to get going on promotional material for the movie, Antique. We did an interview with Kathy the owner of Qtiques. We asked how she felt about us filming at her store after hours, Her experiences with the supernatural. and other fun stories. Once this is edited. Danny Humphrey and I will figure out if we are going to put this on the DVD, post it on Nerd House Film Production , or both

In other news, I went through the movie i edited and I decided it needed a few more tweaks. I produced it again and i am satisfied with the results. Danny and i will plan a day to go over it together. Once we are both satisfied, we will start making our next moves. Creating promotional materials and of course.... choosing a day(s) to show the film to all of you. 😀

NERD HOUSE UPDATE - JULY 2026

Hello everyone,

Just to let everyone know that

- Operation Ghost Effect is complete.

- Still working on mixing and EQing the sound/vocals. This may take awhile due to unwanted background noise on a good portion of these vocal tracks. Unfortunately, this was unavoidable, and I knew down the road that I would have to edit or at least reduce the background noise on these particular tracks. Once the vocals are done, Danny and I will go over the movie a couple more times to check for any errors we might have missed.

- As for the music portion of the film, we are still waiting to hear back from George on that front.

If all goes well with no major issues, we hope to have this movie ready for viewing by late fall or winter of this year.

That is all for now, but before I go. I want to shout out again to Josh Horn for the light table. This was very helpful in order for me to create an old-school paper-and-ink-style animation for the NHFP intro.

Nerd House Update — June 2026

Hello everyone,

Here is the lowdown as of now:

- “Operation: Ghost effect” will be complete in a couple of weeks.

- I’m about a quarter of the way through mixing the sound for the movie.

- I just finished drawing the updated animation for the NHFP intro. All I need to do now is upload all the pictures and get to work on it.

- Danny sent me a cool updated logo for NHFP. I think it’s pretty cool, and it will be used for future marketing as well as the updated animation portion of the intro. Thank you again, Danny. 😊

- Danny is also working really hard on the painting for the cover/poster art for Antique.

NERD HOUSE NEWS UPDATE FOR MAY 2026

Hey everyone, Sorry, no cartoon avatar video this month, and likely not for a while.

After taking a break from the computer, I am back in the driver seat of editing again and things are progressing nicely. I’ve done some audio mixing for a couple of scenes in Antique, and I’m hoping to finish one or two more by tonight.

Next week, I’ll be going back to mask tracking the two ghost shots.

Before I go, I want to share a fun adventure I had a few weeks ago. My brother and I walked around Lake Geneva, Wisconsin — a 26-mile trek! This was our second tour around the lake. The first time we took this walk was ten years ago. This time, I brought along a GoPro to capture the experience.

Unfortunately, I ran into a slight snag. I’m either missing a name, or I forgot to highlight it on the roster during the March 30th, 2025 shoot inside Q’tiques.
