I am a mother & wife. We are a blended family. I had my two girls already when Chris & I met. They were 1 & 2 yrs. old at the time. Together we share our boys. Summer 22, Alyssa 21, Joseph 16, Jacob 10. And my sweet grandbaby! Yes, that's right I said grandbaby. Jasper will be 3 soon. He keeps his mama (Summer) on her toes. My now 16 yr. old begin playing football his 3rd grade year. I have always
wanted to capture those moments of excitement as the players were cheering as they made a touchdown, the helmet slap from the coaches as they all did a great job. The huddle as the end of every practice. The jumps up in the air to catch that ball as the boys come down in the endzone. It wasn't until his middle school year I was able to get my hands a camera. After that I was at every game. Snaping pictures and sharing those for the players. Creating those memories for each player was something that just can't be replaced. I loved it and so did they. As the boys got older and into high school, they would always ask my son "will your mom be there?" of course I said yes! I mean who wouldn't. That still continues today. And even on a larger scale. During those years I would take pictures of my daughter's graduation, Proms pictures. prom, & prom pictures. Family portraits of my family when we were on vacation. College graduation pictures. I have found a love for taking sports Photography, Now I love taking portraits as well. However, sports photography is my go-to. I judge myself harder than anyone, so stepping out on this journey will be something different and amazing for me. It's creating those lasting memories. That will last forever.
