Today we said goodbye to our dear brother (in law), Brad. He was always ready for a laugh - the kind that comes from your belly and leaves you in tears - and was always there. Whether it was to celebrate, help out, or do something fun. He was always all in.

The world is a lesser place without him and we will miss him every day. ❤️

On a different note, I was extremely honored that this photo was the one chosen for his memorial service program. Others said that this photo captured his essence and they can hear that gut-busting, booming laugh of his when they look at it. As a photographer, that is EXACTLY what we aim to capture, every time we snap a photo. ❤️❤️❤️

- where is the sun (no really, in the PNW especially, WHERE is the SUN?!) 🌥
- what’s in the background? Is it distracting? 🧐
- are my horizon lines straight? 🫤
- does this angle make everyone look good? 💁🏼‍♀️
- am I getting enough variety? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
- are there any creative shots? ✨
- what jokes can I remember to make them laugh? 🤭
- is everyone having a good time? 💃🏻🕺🏻
