I love photographing in natural light and capturing the special moments that we sometimes miss in life. I'm the photographer that will laugh with you while capturing the shot, dancing by your side at the wedding, and running/chasing your child in the park - all while capturing that extra special shot. I treasure those moments the most where a person is being themselves whether it be a child, adult

, couple, or even newborn. I have a daughter who has inspired me to capture each moment - just as it is so candid photos are always my favorite. Thanks again for your interest.

Each summer, my family has a tradition of going to Duck, NC and celebrating July 4th at the beach.

This year went by too quickly and our little Gem added so much s***k and personality (peep her many faces in the photos) and song of choice..

My Lopez family gets it, we may not be able to sing and some of us can’t dance but we do what we want bc Mama Lopez taught us who cares anyways!?!

So thankful to be able to capture this family’s engagement, newborn and now the celebration of their first born turning 1!

Thank you weather for your cooperation and thank you cutie for all your sweet smiles and tearing up that cake at the end ❤️. A good cake smash for a baby’s 1st is always the best way to end a 1st bday session and she understood the assignment. 😉

Can you believe that the last time I photographed this beautiful lady was when she was a baby?
And now, she’s a whole TEEN!

All of Northern VA got hit with some snow and major cold weather that turned all the area into one big skating rink so being able to take photos in such stillness, calmness and pureness was gorgeous.
