Emergency calls don't wait for good weather, neither does training.

North Star Training & Consulting led an acquired structure burn training with Franklin Fire & Rescue and Morton Fire Department.
They did not let the cold or snow interfere with learning and gave it their all.

This entire training was incredibly picturesque! The entire gallery will be uploaded later!

I would also like to say a thank you to the property owners who were so incredibly thoughtful to bring out their side by side for me to warm up in during this training!

Cold day. Intense training. Incredible teamwork. 🔥

North Star Training & Consulting led a controlled Structure burn with the Balaton MN Fire Department and Ambulance, along side crews from Russell Fire Dept & EMS, Garvin fire department and Tracy, MN Fire Department.

Training never stops! The Porter, Minnesota Fire Department members amped up their training night with a Propane BLEVE training with North Star Training & Consulting.

Got to capture a busy training night for the Porter, Minnesota Fire Department.

North Memorial Health landed one of their Flight Med Helicopters to run some training with their fire department and first responder crew. Providing insights air medical operations and patient hand-off procedures.
North Star Training & Consulting led a hands on Auto Extrication simulation. Firefighters practiced assessing the scene, removing trapped victims,stabilizing the vehicle(s), and using hydraulic tools.

In September Wood Lake MN Fire Dept hosted their annual open house with some exciting additions! Partnering with North Star Training & Consulting to showcase an Auto Extrication demonstration for the community. North Memorial Health landed a Flight Med helicopter allowing the community a closer look around the helicopter.

Alex how much you’ve grown over the years! Senior year looks so good on you. Hard to believe that the spunky little girl I met all those years ago is now getting ready to graduate! So proud of you!

North Star Training & Consulting spent two weekends in Lake Lillian MN with the Lake Lillian Fire and Ambulance providing the Firefighter I & II course to department members. On the first weekend they did a structural fire burn training. It is an incredible hands-on experience for members who are building their skills to better serve their community.
