Central Avenue - Downtown Winter Haven is re-opened !!

Progress is being made, and brick pavers are being laid. The sidewalk cafe expansion has Central Avenue is still closed, but stores are open for business. There has been good traffic downtown. So don't be afraid to visit. Have a great weekend Winter Haven.
