Honestly, I’d be disappointed if we didn’t!

Your family’s story didn’t begin the day you brought your baby home. For so many couples, it started years earlier with the first little paws that turned a house into a home.

There is truly no greater compliment than being invited back to document another chapter in a family’s story.

Welcoming a new baby is such a fleeting season, and it is always an honor to be trusted with preserving these first memories. Watching families grow over the years, and getting to meet the newest little faces along the way, is one of the greatest joys of my work.

One of the beautiful benefits of working with the same photographer year after year is the comfort and connection that naturally develops. Your children know what to expect. They know my voice, my silly antics, and the little monkey that somehow always ends up on my camera. What begins as a photographer-client relationship becomes something much more familiar.

Photographing families is always a privilege, but when a family chooses to spend part of their time away from home creating memories with me, it feels especially meaningful.

After two rain delays and a little patience, we were gifted the most beautiful golden sunshine just before this sweet family boarded their flight home. It truly felt like perfect timing.

These sessions are about so much more than photographs - they’re about preserving a season of life, the little moments in between, and the memories that deserve to be held onto for years to come.

This year’s Motherhood Event was undoubtedly one of my favorites. The combination of the hand-painted backdrop, romantic florals, and the love shared between each family made these portraits feel so incredibly special. It truly felt like stepping into a dream.

My calendar has been filled with the sweetest little arrivals lately, and it has been such an honor to document these first precious weeks for so many growing families.

One thing many expecting parents don’t realize is that I intentionally limit my calendar to just four due dates each month. This allows me to provide a truly personalized experience and ensures flexibility when your baby decides to arrive on their own timeline. More importantly, it allows me to photograph your newborn during those fleeting first weeks at home, when every tiny detail is still so new.

Every family approaches this season differently. Some reserve their session as soon as they enter their second trimester, while others wait until they’re a little closer to meeting their baby. Some are eager to document those sleepy newborn days right away, while others prefer to settle into life at home before stepping in front of the camera.

There is no right or wrong approach - only what feels best for your family.

My role is simply to create a calm, effortless experience that allows you to preserve this chapter beautifully, whether your session takes place in those first two weeks or once you’ve had a little more time to find your rhythm.
