OPENING ANNOUNCEMENTS!
First things first, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone that joined us last week for our opening weekend over Fourth of July/Christmas in July. We had so much fun! An extended thank you to our first ever hotel guests – we so enjoyed getting to know each of you and appreciate your kindness and warm remarks during the weekend. We look forward to hosting you again soon!
Okay, that all aside—let’s get to the really exciting parts...

EVENT REQUESTS: We have two beautiful event spaces on site: one can accommodate about 30 people and another can accommodate about 60-75 people. Want to host an event here? Please email Andrew St. Clair, our Director of Events & Property Logistics, at [email protected]. We are accepting event requests for all dates in 2025 and 2026.
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS, ANSWERS, AND BUSTING MYTHS:
- Hotel room reservations for dates after September 15 will be opening up in the next couple weeks. In the meantime, stay tuned! We make our announcements to those on our waitlist prior to the public, so if you’d like to join that to be first to know about what we offer, please submit an inquiry on our website in the “Contact Us” portal. No message required.
- We are not booked up for months and months, we just haven’t opened up our reservation system yet. So we have full availability from here on out.
- At the Old Hotel Restaurant, we are offering casual and fine dining options. Long-term, we will have multiple casual restaurants that do not require reservation, and a fine dining room that will be reservation only. For the first few weeks, we will be doing casual food only during the above listed hours.
- The hotel is completely upstairs and the restaurant space is completely downstairs.
- The rooftop will be open to both the public and the hotel guests. The hotel upstairs, including the porch veranda, will be exclusive to hotel guests.
- Hotel guests will have breakfast included with their stay. Breakfast will not be open to the public at this time.
- We will offer room blocks for the hotel rooms on a case-by-case basis.
