A little bit of sun, sand, and sea ⛱️🌊☀️

Sharing some unpublished work today with one of my favorite summertime shoots. I met Bianca at a casting call for Cape Town Fashion Week during my first visit to South Africa. She looked so graceful and dancerly on the rocks and her colorful outfit gave perfect contrast to our surroundings.

We didn't have long to plan this session, but I'm proud of what we created together in such a short time. It makes me wonder what my portfolio might look like if I loved closer to the beach or photographed a swimwear campaign (totally speaking a campaign into existence btw ✨ 🤞🏼)

I had such a fun time celebrating my first grad session at Wake Forest University! I've visited campus several times in the past and it felt a bit nostalgic to return after a few years and create some photo magic 📸🖤💛

Priya in Charlotte ✨

Today I took a walk around the block and sat outside for a bit and enjoyed the warm sun. It was really nice to be able to sit outside without a jacket after the unusually wintery weather that we've been having! I don't know about you, but I'm definitely ready for spring now and am looking forward to lots of fun sessions as the flowers start blooming! 🌸

Returned this week from a solo birthday trip to Spain and Portugal and it was such an incredible time! During my visit, I treated myself to a photoshoot in Seville with local photographer .lens.productions and I'm so in love with the results!

We took these photos at a Royal Palace and everything here was so dreamy and beautiful! Thank you Annie for such a lovely experience! 💚💚💚

Under The Summer Sun ☀️🌊⛱️

I'm incredibly proud of this editorial work that I did last year in Cape Town. You can't tell, but Monique had never modeled before this! She was a complete natural and I'm so in love with this magic we created! These images are some of my proudest work to date and I'm overjoyed to have it published as a 4-page spread in !

I'm currently back in South Africa for a second time during the height of summer and I couldn't be more excited for all the creative possibilities waiting for me this time around. This city is a photographer's playground and I'm taking in as much of this beautiful scenery as I can ✨

Cool, calm, and confident ✨

Brooke absolutely rocked her senior portrait session in downtown Greensboro! She wanted an urban feel to her pictures so took a walk around the block and got so many great shots. This first picture is one of my faves - just look at that smile!

My favorite part about photographing high school seniors is getting to help each graduate shine in their own way by planning our photoshoots together and making sure they're prepared every step of the way If you're in the Class of 2024 and have a dream idea for your own senior pictures, slide into my DMs and let me know so we can make it a reality!

Can you believe it's almost mid-January? I don't know about you, but I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things after the holidays! I hope you all had a wonderful and safe holiday season and new year. Spring will be here in the blink of an eye, which means graduation season is approaching quickly!
