What an incredible honor to teach photography at the 2026 Art of the Cowgirl. In a world full of strong women and cowgirls, we don’t compete — we inspire, invest in, and lift each other up.
I had never taught a photography class before, and this week has become one of the most meaningful experiences of my career. I taught the technical skills — mastering manual settings, understanding light, and creating strong images in-camera instead of relying on editing — and they brought the creativity. They told powerful and beautiful stories through the images they made and rose to every challenge I gave them. My goal was to equip them with tools to build businesses in limitless ways, and the confidence to step boldly into any space — or any arena — they choose.
