●The photographer will review all images from the session and edit those that are in keeping with the highest quality and style of the photographer’s work. The photographer reserves the right to withhold any images not in keeping with her standards.
â—ŹAll mini sessions are "up to" pkgs. All considering the time frame set for the session, and the quality of the photos taken. If a pose does not have
a desirable quality, the photographer withholds the right to exclude said pose.
â—ŹAll full session are "up to" pkgs. Terms meaning "up to" said images. The photographer withholds the right to exclude a pose(s) not in keeping with her standards.
â—ŹPayment is due day of session unless otherwise specified. All checks that are returned are to be immediately paid in full, along with with a $30 return fee. Every day after 5 days of return that balance is not paid, a $12 daily fee will be added until paid.
â—Ź If you have a session booked and do not call/msg to cancel within 12 hours of your session time to allow time for another booking for your slot, or are are no call no show, (unless a uncontrollable circumstance has happened) your first offense will result in prepayment to book another session. If you do not show to the rescheduled session, you will be charged for your session. The second offense results in no longer having the ability to book with Ice Photography.
