Friends and family,
It is not often that I have the opportunity to present my photographs in a public way, other than my web site (http://PaulJKeenon.zenfolio.com/). It is my privilege to have a photographic exhibition at Covenant Living at Winsor Park, 124 Windsor Park Drive, Carol Stream, IL.
Graciously they have allowed me to display twenty-six of my photos. They are an eclectic array of my work, spanning many decades and many with great meaning to me.
They are displayed in such a way as to give honor to the God I serve. The highest center photo was taken on the day I accepted Jeus as the Lord and Savior of my life. The one below is somewhat of an abstract of a sculpture that I was impressed with from a hospital chapel. On either side of these photos are a photo of a young girl praying, just happens to be my granddaughter, and the other is of the silhouette of a young man, who I know for a fact, felt forgiven on the day this photo was taken and is pondering the crucifix of the man “Jesus” who saved him. The rest of the photos are, in my opinion, and array of the many ways that I see God’s magnificence in His created humans and their handywork.
If you are interested in seeing these phots you can stop by Windsor and enter the front entrance off North Avenue in Carol Stream, then go through, what is known, as the Centrum and on the left is the “Gathering Place”. The photos are on the back wall. If you prefer to see them when I am there, there will be a reception, to which I am inviting you, where I will be answering questions posed by the organizers of the exhibit.
The reception will take place in the auditorium on the second floor above the Centrum on June 9, 2025, at 6:30 PM. My understanding is this will be about an hour so. But you know how I can talk!
The display is up now and will come down on June 26th. If you can see it while the photos are on the wall before the reception, then you will visualize my arrangement as I have explained it. On the day of the reception some of the photos will be removed and displayed in the auditorium.
