The Ocean State Renaissance Faire in Wakefield, Rhode Island was my destination for the first part of the weekend.
As I mentioned before, this little faire was not short on entertainment, in this set I am featuring a new super group, with the Shank Painters, The Foxy Bard and Twig, and Andrew, a Rowdy Rover/Roving Corsair (etc). ..and the Fudge Lady's main man, who I call, Papa Fudge

Now that my summer break is over, Mondays can be pretty long, and available time to edit photos is pretty short.
This past Saturday, I had a fantastic time visiting the Ocean State Renaissance Faire in Wakefield, RI
This little faire was not short on entertainment. I caught performances by The Shank Painters, The Foxy Bard and Twig, Opal Raven Cirque, and the Sisters Pendragon.

Today I paid a brief visit to Schemitzen, the green corn festival, at the cultural site of the Mashantucket Pequot tribe.
