I truly can’t believe tomorrow is September 1st! It’s starting to get cooler at night, the kids went back to school today and this past weekend was the Portage County Fair which I always felt was the unofficial end to summer.

We ate lots of fair food, watched truck pulls and even had the privilege of supporting our friends at Bourbon Brothers Livestock. All in all it was an awesome end to our summer ☀️

I had some adorable 4th of July pictures planned with the kiddos today but unfortunately Mother Nature had different plans. Last night we had a big tree fall on our vehicles, rip down the power lines and the overhang above our side door. Thankfully we are all ok and stuff can be fixed or replaced but not exactly how we wanted to spend our holiday.

With that said please have patience with me as it may take a little extra time to answer messages and inquiries. I truly hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th ❤️🇺🇸

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

From the ball field to our everyday lives, we are grateful for those who served and gave everything for this country. Thank you to all of our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward. ❤️🤍💙

It’s been a long busy day. Many have seen me talk about this boy’s love of baseball. We were so excited baseball was finally back. Last week at our 3rd game of the season he did something to his back I assumed was just a pulled muscle. After being in pain all weekend we went to see the sports medicine doctor today and found out it’s not a muscle but a hairline fracture in one of his vertebrae. He has to wear a brace and do PT for 6-8 weeks and unfortunately is out for the rest of the spring season. This poor kid is devastated 😞 I’m just hoping he heals quickly!
