💜 Can we normalize posting more than one cluster of images from a wedding? I have sooooo many pretty images to share but always feel weird sharing from the same wedding /shoot again.
How do we feel about this? Opinions? Maybe it’s just me over-thinking my posting 😆

30 days of continuous posting was actually a really good challenge for me. I’ve always been one that’s way more excited about getting my work back into the hands of my clients than showing it to the internet. While getting your images back quickly is always amazing, I felt like I wanted to be better about sharing photos I loved with the world. 💜
Things I learned during this posting challenge…
•I allowed myself to stop obsessing about the perfect feed and just post what made my heart happy.
•It felt good sharing photos from older weddings and shoots that I’m proud of. Photos and sessions don’t have an expiration date. I feel like it’s ok to post photos from a wedding that happened last season. It’s also ok to post one image instead as of a perfectly placed scroll of images in one post.
•I was able to rediscover sessions hiding on my computer that I had forgotten about. 🫣😆
•It allowed me to connect with my audience and past clients more which I always love.
• And maybe the biggest one for me.. I really enjoyed my work more when I gave myself permission to just share it. Less overthinking and ultimately just sharing more art.

Will I continue to post every day? Absolutely not! However, I do think that challenging myself to post more frequently and potentially starting a new creative challenge would be really great for me.

I actually really love the chaos of an extended family session. The more the merrier. So, grab your entire family and let’s go run around in a field somewhere. 🌿

Such an honor to work with a previous bride and groom and their entire family when they were visiting Wi******er. I love staying with my couples through so many seasons of life. 💜

🌼 I love how a photo can spark a memory. We had these Ox Eye Sunflowers growing wild all along our driveway when I was a kid. Whenever they bloomed they were a reminder for me that summer was coming to an end and that school would start again soon. 🌼

One of the sweetest couples I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. 🌿 The ferns and florals in her hair were from their hike together the day before. 🥹
