Where did the sun go?? I just checked the weather forecast, and it looks like rain EVERY DAY! Yes, we need it, and yes, I miss the sunshine already!

In attempt to keep that bright and warm energy flowing, let's adore baby Olivia's sweet first photo session! A very special session for us, it was our first newborn session in our studio! We had such a lovely time and are already dreaming up her next photos!

In honor of our website's facelift....a break in the radio silence!!!!

It has been A YEAR AND A HALF since our last post 🤯To say that things in the world of Krista and Jerry's social media have been pretty quiet lately is an understatement! I will admit that keeping up with sharing our work in places like Facebook and Instagram have been lower on my rank of priorities than usual. Lucky for us, things behind the scenes never stopped, and we are so excited to share what we've been up to! After re-designing our website and updating our blog, I am so excited to share stories with you guys that haven't been shared. Stories from years ago to stories from months ago! I hope you all enjoy reliving those moments with us as much as I have been as I compiled the images ❤️

Life is a book full of new chapters, closed ones, plot twists, challenges, and wins. It's a beautiful journey we are all on together, and I am so excited for the next chapters and capturing those milestones and stories for you ❤️

The chill in the air has us thinking about winter already!! When it gets too cold outside, greenhouses make for the BEST photo locations! We stayed warm and toasty the whole time despite the frigid temperatures outside. 🌞.

We are SO excited that the holiday season is approaching so fast! We can't wait to see all of you guys ❤️ .
This year, we have two different types of mini session events! Our traditional sessions will be happening at Blandy Farm on Sunday, November 17, and our Christmas tree sessions will be later in November at a local Christmas tree farm. Please don't hesitate to message us for details.

Recently, I was blessed with the honor of capturing engagement photos for my best friend 🧡 We enjoyed the beauty of nature and all of the spectacular views Shenandoah Park has to offer. Seeing someone I love so much experience total and beautiful love like this has been a dream come true. What a special thing to witness two incredibly beautiful souls in love together. Can't wait to be IN the wedding!!!! 💗💖

To see my best friend in her element, atop a mountain with her love was an honor I don't take lightly. To have any part in her most special moments is a treat I treasure, but to be able to capture these....gold! I've been over the moon for her since these two incredible humans came together, and even more so since they began to plan their wedding.....one that I get to be IN! My career has offered me the opportunity to feel so much joy for the people I get to work with, and this one takes the cake! I'm honored to know her, so thrilled to get to know him, and overjoyed to watch them come together in the most beautiful way. 😍✨️🌿⛰️
