Some days are just harder than others, and today was one of those days. I’ve been wanting to check out Arrowhead Lavender Farm & Co., so after work I decided to make the 45 minute drive.

The sun was a little too harsh for the kind of photos I was hoping for, but I’m still glad I went. The farm was absolutely adorable, the staff was so kind, and that lavender lemonade really hit the spot. Sometimes it’s not about getting the perfect shot—it’s about getting out, shifting your surroundings, and finding a little bit of peace.

I’d love to visit again with softer lighting… and probably another lavender lemonade. 💜

I finally tried my first photo stack—something I’ve been wanting to experiment with for a while. This moment felt like the perfect time to give it a shot. Still learning, but I’m excited to see where this technique takes me. I’d love to hear what you think!
