I’ve had the honor of photographing Georgia since she was just a young girl… from her high school senior photos, to her college graduation—and now, her engagement. Watching her grow into the woman she is today has been such a gift.
Nathan originally reached out about capturing a surprise proposal (which I LOVE but was nervous about, being that's a BIG job), but he ended up choosing a more private moment. I met them the very next day in Beaufort after driving through rain the entire way. And of course… the weather had its own plans.
It gave us just enough of a break to start, then the rain rolled back in. But instead of letting it stop us, these two danced in the street, laughed through it, and we found a porch to tuck under while we waited it out. By the end, the skies cleared into the most beautiful (and VERY hot and humid 😅) evening.
They were absolute troopers—and completely in their own little world the whole time. The kind of love you don’t have to pose… it just is.
