Had a blast working with Caitlin on her new campaign video. Seeing her commitment to a 'Community First' approach gave this project a real meaning. Check out the final cut below!

I do more then just landmarks. Social media videos and photos with drone content have been proven to increase engagement.

Aerial footage does more than look good—it changes how we process information. By offering a "bird’s-eye view," we can provide the clarity and context our community deserves.

I’m proud to provide the aerial perspective for a campaign focused on real progress. Let’s "clear the path" to a better future together.

Completed in 1877 (and rebuilt in 1911), this isn't just any railroad crossing—it was the first cantilever bridge in the United States and once held the title of the tallest bridge in the world. Standing nearly 275 feet above the Kentucky River, it was a massive engineering gamble for the Cincinnati Southern Railway that paid off, connecting the North and South in a way few other structures could.

The views are breathtaking, with the deep river gorge and the limestone cliffs of the Palisades stretching out for miles. But there’s a real edge to filming here.

One look down and you realize exactly why this spot has a reputation.

It’s still a major thoroughfare for Norfolk Southern. The vibration of a freight train crossing that high up is something you feel in your chest even from the riverbank.

The wind through the gorge can be unpredictable, making any technical work (like drone flight) a game of constant adjustment.

I had a blast filming this landmark. There’s something special about seeing those industrial steel rivets contrasted against the natural green of the Jessamine County landscape. It’s a place that demands respect, but for a photographer, the payoff is worth every bit of the difficulty.
What’s your favorite spot along the Kentucky River?

Remember, its dangerous and ILLEGAL to climb onto the bridge itself. Enjoy its majesty from the amazing overlook located at Highbridge park right next to it.

Highbridge's beauty was shining through today, and there were plenty of people to take it in. And the best thing? They were doing it safely from the ground. Remember highbridge is a very active rail line, people have died by not realizing that.

If you want to see it from above, I'll have a view you can't miss tomorrow!!!!

Elevating the view, right here at home. 📍
I’m excited to finally introduce Bry in the Sky. This project started from a love for flight and a desire to provide professional, reliable aerial (and ground) views to the people and businesses in our area.
Its not just flying drones and taking pictures; It's capturing the details that matter from a vantage point you can’t get anywhere else

Completed between 1896 and 1897, Lock 7 was a critical link in the chain that made the Kentucky River navigable deep into the coalfields. The walls aren’t just stacked rock; they are meticulous stone masonry, constructed by hand 117 miles above the mouth of the Ohio River.
In this video, you are seeing:
Upper & Lower Pools: How the dam creates the 23-mile long pool of slack water boaters and fishers rely on today.
The Lock Chamber: Where steamboats used to be lifted 15 feet to the next section of the river. Look for the massive iron gates still partially visible reinforced and permanently closed by concrete.
Hydro Power: That large structure on the far right isn’t part of the original lock; it’s a hydroelectric plant added later in the 1920s to provide power to the region.
Commercial steamboats are gone, but Lock 7 remains—a quiet engineering giant monitoring river levels and keeping history alive within the Kentucky Palisades.
Stay tuned for our next flight, where we soar over the iconic High Bridge.
