Get yourself a wedding party who is going to be your hype team all day. If they aren’t screaming like this when they see you in your wedding dress, they’re doing something wrong!!! 😍😍😍 such a fun crew last weekend, there was no shortage of giant smiles and belly laughs all day long.

Yesterday felt like a big warm hug. Faith & Cole said “I do” in the most whimsical, sunshine-y, amazing kind of day. I could spend every evening with these two and never feel like I’m working for a moment. Every detail was perfect, every wildflower and every texture was just stunning. I’m going to be reliving this one for a long long time. And to finish off the night with bubble guns (and girls in pickle costumes) was truly epic. The perfect way to finish off Labor Day weekend. Congratulations, Faith & Cole!!!!! 🩷🩷🩷

My friends Tania & Matt are expecting a new addition to their family!!! I photographed their wedding in 2020 and couldn’t have been happier when they told me they’re having a baby 🩷 Clients who turn into friends are the best, and I am SO excited to see you two become parents. This baby is so lucky and so loved already!!!

Ashley & Emma 🩷🩷🩷

Yesterday was iconic on so many levels. These two gorgeous humans got married, and I made so many core memories there are too many to list 😂 so much laughter, so much sweating, a freak thunderstorm at the outdoor wedding resulting in the swampiest dance floor I’ve ever seen - along with losing power multiple times… and did that stop them from leaving the dance floor anything less than PACKED the whole night? Absolutely not. What a party. What a fun mess. I loved every second (especially singing One Direction on the dance floor with Ashley).

featuring one of my FAVES Bubbly Events | Wilmington NC Wedding + Event Planner taken by Caroline Kemmerer while we were dancing the night away (I mean we truly did not stop) at Wilmington, North Carolina Wedding Venue vendor party last month! Honestly we all work so hard on a wedding day to make sure our clients are having the time of their lives, so it’s so nice to get an annual party where WE are the guests! I’m also lucky enough to be a bridesmaid in a wedding this fall season so it’s going to be an extra fun one. Who kicks off fall season this weekend??? 🙋🏼‍♀️ let the chaos begin 🥂

One thing I loooooove is working with local businesses! 𝕼𝖚𝖊𝖊𝖓 𝕾𝖙𝖗𝖊𝖊𝖙 𝕿𝖆𝖙𝖙𝖔𝖔 𝕹𝕮 is one of my favorites. Every time I’m there we have a blast and I love getting to see what everyone is working on. Interested in a new tattoo? I know a place 😉 they’re now offering piercings, too!

Sometimes, you rent a private boat charter and plan a beautiful sunset boat ride for your wedding day and then Mother Nature has other plans. This was the evening of the tornado watch, a full blown monsoon, and it just so happened to be wedding day for Courtney & Elliott. Good thing they had great attitudes, a great captain (shoutout to Tyler from Airlie Pointe Yacht Charters - this isn’t the first time we’ve had a day like this while working together), and they waited for a break in the storms and they just did it anyway! And you know what happened? A whole lot of laughs and they got MARRIED! That’s the whole point. A huge thank you to my associate photographer, Neal, for braving the storm and heading out on this adventure with them. A wedding day you can never forget 🩷
