Someone has stolen my dog, Cali, in downtown Wilmington between the hours of 1-1:45am. She is not an adventurer and anytime she ever has ventured out (twice in 8yrs) she’s always been next door to where we worked. Cali is 10yrs old, lazy, food motivated, has near perfect circular spots, very friendly, and basically my only living family. She is a support animal and I need her to be safe and okay.
