Oh hey look who is up and blogging again.

Of course every 4th of July has to be followed by some firework pics. I planned to take pics over the marsh of displays from various places, and had a little front row seat at some beautiful ones, however there was also some pretty humbling moments when a few went off incorrectly. One blew out the side and landed a few decks down then exploded and one didn't launch from the dock. I wasn't setting off and don't know or care who did, just outside for the view, but its a great reminder that even if you are trying to be so carful, things can go wrong and big fireworks shouldn't be near houses and people. It was beautiful and everyone was ok, but scary and I hope lessons will be learned for next year.

We had such an adventure of a day on Bald Head Island on Saturday. With the Heat and a few hiccups trying to creep in to damper the excitement, it didn't stop this couple from letting their love shine! Here are some sneaks from the day and can't wait to share more! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Potts! The details alone, which I didn’t even get attempt to go through, were just so sweet and beautiful. Stay Tuned.

I don't even know where to begin. So Ill just begin a novel and I guess I'll start with how freaking phenomenally blessed I feel to have such amazing couples allow & invite me to capture their days, 2018 has started off with band of amazing new friends, and some seriously amazing weddings coming this summer and fall!

So these pictures, I'm mean WOAH..right... When I have a bride fill out my questionnaire and I see Taco Food Truck and We want to get in the water... I KNOW we were meant to become great friends. Thank you Aric & Sarah for allowing Myself and Elizabeth to capture your intimate and amazing adventure.

I was so overwhelmed with choosing a few sneaks that well, you got a ton, and there are way way more amazing moments to come.

Some of these photos are taken using a water housing that my amazing photo bestie Elizabeth Ellen Kehn or Elizabeth Ellen Photography was so gracious to bring along. YOU ARE THE BEST! Elizabeth and I took on the waves and went for the best swim I can ever remember to capture some pretty awesome in the water pics. Head over to her page and look for more she better be sharing!

Also.. side note, I have officially started seriously searching for a water housing I can use on my cameras. Like very SOOOON will the be a thing. But until then reach out to me or Elizabeth! Elizabeth thank you for being awesome and jumping in the water with me to capture this memorable sunset swim!!!

Well these are pretty darn amazing... I'm literally pulling up to the ferry dock to head to Bald Head for an adventure of a day for my husband's b-day.

But I couldn't resist getting some of these glowy portraits shared before I go MIA for a couple days. Jessie and Adam your wedding was nothing short of amazing! I can't wait to get you a sneak gallery and eventually share all the beauty of your day.
