The longer I live, the more I realize that motherhood isn't a season. It lasts way longer and is infinitely more meaningful than a single season. It is a legacy, one that is ever-changing and more beautiful with each passing day, even though some days are harder than others.

Our Motherhood Minis are perfect for the mama in the thick of it. The grandma who started it all. Aunts who love their nieces and nephews as their own. Even the dog mama whose fur baby is family too.

A few weeks ago we hosted the Gallery Snowday Stories with a blast of winter hit our coastal
town and blanketed us with several inches of snow. We had several entries and really enjoyed looking through all of them (and the joy found within them!).

Couldn’t pass up one more opportunity to post some fun with Santa. The folks over at Atlantic Marine run a tight ship (see what I did there?! 😉 ) and it’s always such a joy to hang out with them. While we were in their show room, Barry and I pointed out to Santa which boat we wanted, so we will see in the morning how Santa decides to fit it in our living room.

Merry Christmas to all of our Gallery Family. We love each of you and it’s our prayer that you feel the true Hope of the season.

It’s close to Christmas… and that’s exactly why now is the time. 🤍

Not for the card.

We come in quietly and simply catch the magic of who you are together—the way your child curls into you on the couch, the laughter in the kitchen, the ordinary moments that don’t feel extraordinary until one day they are - and as a mom of 5 grown kids, I can personally vouch for that!

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about posterity.
Because it will never look exactly like this again.

These are the days they'll talk about someday. The laughter, the closeness, the way the crazy photographer had them traipse through the weeds, the sand, the incoming tide from the river.... LOL. It's my hope that when families look back through their photographs, they see more than just photographs. I hope they feel a part of something special, that the memories take them back to how it felt to be a part of something so beautiful & so unique: their family.
