i have 5 different ig accounts and here’s why:
- my personal. where i share my private moments only meant for friends and family. i also chronically post about the Philadelphia Eagles on that page and some times it’s not pretty. i use to post everything to that account and it just got muddy, confusing, and i needed a place where I could curate the darkest of humor and football content to escape from my work life. all of my friend chats are through that page and i love the separation from work.
- NC PHOTOGRAPHER | GRΛE IMΛGES & NC PHOTOGRAPHER | GRΛE IMΛGES.re are my photography pages. I run two separate businesses under my Grae Enterprises, LLC and since i run these two businesses completely differently than each other, i wanted two separate pages. When potential clients land on my portrait page, having photos of houses could be confusing and vice versa. Not to mention my lead capture funnels are completely different for both as well. This does mean i have to create content for both pages but i think i can manage.
- The Graes, my wife and i have been in a band together since 2020 and have released around 10 singles to all major streaming platforms. we still make music but had to take a break due to growing our family. but this page is a page we both manage. most of our bookings come through the dm’s on this page and we have a separate place to share our music that isn’t crowded with other stuff that isn’t related. we don’t understand the algorithm at all but staying within our niche per page seems to be the way to go.
- lastly, CJ Grae is my model/actor page/portfolio. Yes, i am a full blown, creative lifer. I’ve been a model for over 15 years and i was recently signed to an agency for actor work half a decade ago as well. This page is pretty self explanatory. I needed a place where execs, cd’s, agencies, etc could quickly see me, my style, my look, my range and easily contact me.
That was a lot. Idk how to end this. If you read all that comment “flamingos” down below and if no one does then I’ll never make a caption this long ever again. ✌️
