While we run a regular weekly 8-5 work week, we also understand the need for flexibility. We will do our very best to accommodate all requests. Media Delivery
Within two to three business days, media will be accessible online over a secure link. Requests for quicker delivery can be fulfilled. Within 2-3 business days, videos will be available. Customer media will be maintained for 30 days, after this initial period an additional fee will be incurred. Quality of Product
Still Images - captured in high resolution for still images. Various formats are available for images. Video- Captured in at least 4k, at various frame rates, taken from different viewpoints. Exports at 1080p unless otherwise specified.
