THESE TWO?? ✨ VERY worth chasing around with a camera all day.

Because. Look at them.

There is a very specific moment on a wedding day when I can tell everyone is starting to wonder why I’m still taking pictures.

Unfortunately for everyone involved - that is usually when the light gets really good.

“Just one more” is my favorite lie. At some point, people just accept their fate.

And then the gallery comes back looking like thisssss!? I’m suddenly validated to lie again the next time.

“Well, that’s the most fun thing I’ve done at 6:00 in the morning.”

An objectively elite review. Especially since 6am is technically a perfectly acceptable time to eat an entire cake….Allegedly.

May 1st can’t come soon enough so I can hang out with my best friends again.

I’ve photographed a lot of weddings, but this one came with unusually high emotional stakes for me.

My nephew married the love of his life, and somewhere between the vows, the laughter, and everyone pretending they weren’t crying, they became a family story we’ll be telling for a very long time.

A perfect day, two remarkable people, and a room full of folks who felt lucky to witness it.

I took the photos but memories pretty much handled themselves. 🥹
