In 2016 I opened my studio location, downtown Willits, CA. The studio provides our clients with a full service experience- a place to meet and consult about your dream photoshoot, a beautiful place to create portraits in, as well as the perfect setting to review your images and choose heirloom quality products. Wishing everyone a very happy and safe 4th of July!
I was feeling nostalgic, and was going through the archives… I found this picture of Kayla, and two photos of my Marine son before he was grown up protecting our nation. I was able to talk to my son today- he is deployed and halfway around the world. The sun was setting on his 4th of July, and it was rising here in CA. Being a military mom has opened my eyes to the immense sacrifices these men and women make to protect us, and the 4th of July means more to me now than it ever has in the past. Stay safe everyone, love your neighbors, and may we have peace in our nation and in the world. ❤️🇺🇸❤️

Model couple call! Please share! 🙏🏻
Hey local friends! (And friends who want to travel to Mendocino county) I need a model couple for a wedding shoot this summer. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who wants more pictures in their wedding attire, or wants to get dressed up for fun! The afternoon will consist of hair & makeup for the bride- and a photoshoot on the coast at a secret location. Wedding florals will be provided as well. You will receive all of the photos to enjoy as a thank you for participating as models. This is of course open to any couple married or unmarried, but you have to be comfortable with wedding images of your likeness being used online. Would anyone like to model for me? Please reach out, or nominate a couple who might enjoy having updated wedding pictures. Past clients and future clients welcome!

A few years ago I was invited to go to a women’s expo in Sonoma County. I had 500 gift certificates printed, and signed them all with $25 towards a session, and I also wrote “enjoy the women’s expo!” Out of 500 gift certificates, I have 21 left. I found them today in my office and thought- what if my favorite people would like one? So I’m gifting a gift certificate to anyone who writes to me and says they would like one! Yes, I will mail it to you!
This gift certificate is for $25 (or more, I saw a couple that said $50!) off any photography session with me. This can be used for a family session, senior grad session, proposal, wedding- you name it! I only have 21, so hurry and let me know if you’’d like one mailed to you!

Heading to the coast today to capture a surprise proposal- I’m so excited! We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. It's snowing here where I live, and I'm dreaming of those warm sun kissed days of Summer when I got to photograph this beautiful girl and her horse Pistol. I can't wait for days of golden grass and sunshine again.
