Through the many years I have been taking pictures, I have always felt as though I could see the most beautiful things through the lens of a camera, and through the works of God, it was up to me to prove to the world just how beautiful life is, and the special moments we encounter. As I have grown into a woman and photographer, my love for it grows and I’m discovering more than I ever knew about w

hat it means to take a photograph that can show life through a new light. – That you cannot see anything as a miracle, but see everything as a miracle. It started as a hobby, from the time I was old enough to be able to hold a Fisher Price camera in my hands, and many years later as I realize more beauty in every day that I’m given, I've made my camera my third arm. But I see it as realizing the gifts that were placed on this earth, and a blessing that the more I fall in love with photography, the greater that desire to find the beauty grows. I have always been captivated by the gifts God gives us through his creation, but photography has opened my eyes to look for those gifts on a daily basis. I have realized that the more often I sling that camera around my neck, the more likely I am to be presented to have my eyes opened to His work.
