Fall minis are now booking and might not last long!

This year I only have 3 dates/locations to choose from: Colonial Williamsburg Cottage Garden Minis (Thursday, October 1); Colonial Williamsburg Garden Minis (Wednesday, October 7); Jamestown Beach Minis (Wednesday, October 21). Sessions are 15 minutes each and will be held in late afternoons/evenings at select locations in Williamsburg. Children, families, couples, or ladies are all welcome! These are $199 and include 3 digital downloads. Extended families with more than 2 adults require extended family add-on described on my website. Within 3 weeks of the session, all the best edited images will be uploaded to an online gallery for you to review, choose your 3 favorites, and purchase any other digitals, prints, or holiday cards you would like (extra digitals are $15 each). Signed contract and full payment are required to hold your spot. Reschedule will be provided in case of rain.

If you’ve been hoping to visit Sweethaven Lavender Farm, this is your reminder that this is the final week the farm will be open to the public for the season, with July 4th being the last public day to wander the fields and soak in their beauty.

The good news? The magic doesn’t end there… I offer photography sessions at many breathtaking venues in Williamsburg throughout the year! Whether you’re celebrating motherhood, your family, an engagement, a milestone, or simply this beautiful season of life, I’d love to capture your story among the flowers. These images are just a few of the many incredible fathers and grandfathers I’ve had the privilege of photographing over the past year.

As I look through these moments, I’m reminded that what children need most isn’t perfection. They need presence. They need fathers who make them feel seen, protected, cherished, and worthy of their time. Fathers who listen, who guide with patience, who offer comfort when the world feels overwhelming, and who show up again and again in both the big milestones and the ordinary moments.

Children may not remember every gift they receive, but they will remember how safe they felt in your arms, how proud you were of them, how often you put down your phone to look them in the eyes, and how consistently you chose them.

To all the dads who lead with love, sacrifice, strength, gentleness, and intention—thank you. The impact you have on your children reaches far beyond what you can see today.

Happy Father’s Day to the fathers who understand that their children are one of life’s greatest gifts and treat them accordingly. ❤️

Summer minis are booking now! This year I have 2 locations to choose from: An exclusive private session at Sweethaven Lavender Farm (Monday, June 15th) and Yorktown Beach (Thursday, July 16th). Flowers that are usually in bloom at beautiful Sweethaven in June include sunflowers, wildflowers, zinnias, and obviously lavender. You will have your choice of blossoms depending on what is in bloom. 🙂

Sessions are 15 minutes each and will be held in late afternoons/evenings in Williamsburg and Yorktown. Children, families, couples, or ladies are all welcome! These are $199 and include 3 digital downloads.
