✨Friday Night✨🤓
Sup, peeps?
It's Friday night in the midst of a double header weekend over here (luckily, I was just 2nd shooting for today, which means I don't have to edit those images 😁). But, it does mean I'm jumping into editing mode for OUR queue.

We've already had some gorgeous weddings this season, and we're ready for a beautiful summer with all of you. I'm so glad to be part of your memories, and to capture the moments you'll cherish for a lifetime.

So, while this Friday finds me on the couch, editing (door open, birds chirping, sunshine streaming in), you can be sure Monday will be spent out on the boat or soaking up sun in the garden!

Timeslots are available from 1pm - 6pm each day (6:00-6:35pm being the last slot), and I'd LOVE to catch up with you all and create some gorgeous spring memories with you and your families!

Just a reminder, Mini-sessions are for up to 5 people, with one look/outfit, and will be held in the Lake Geneva, WI area. Specific location to be given upon booking. 😘

We can capture family portraits, surprise proposals, updated headshots, couples portraits, or even fun creative concepts. They're also a great way to celebrate your graduation and moving on to the next phase of your life! (Gift certificates available for your favorite Grad)

If I had to sum yesterday up in one word, it would be Kevin.

However, as absolutely adorable as Kevin is, and as hard as he tried to steal the show, the truth is, he didn't have a chance. The love that surrounds his mom and dad, Katelyn Boyce and Zach Jordan is beyond compare.

When Zach first reached out to me back in early 2019 to plan his surprise proposal to Katelyn, I just knew there was something special about the two of them. He spoke with so much love for her, and the playfulness of their relationship. He wanted everything about that proposal to be perfect - he went above and beyond to plan a day that was all about giving Katelyn an unforgettable experience based on something he knew she'd love - the orchid show at the Chicago Botanical Gardens. It was a truly magical day. And Katelyn's response - pure joy!

Since then, we've gotten to know each other a bit over the years. And watching as they've navigated so much - planning throughout the pandemic, graduating law school, having an intimate wedding in 2020, and now, celebrating with friends and family, I can say these two have each other's backs. They're strong and best of all, still playful. Life has thrown them some hurdles, but that same joy I saw with them back in 2019 still shines through - especially the minute you get them on a dancefloor! (Blink 182 ftw!)

I'm pretty sure there's a reason the rain stayed away until the very end of the day, and that Katelyn and Zach scored a rainbow on their 2nd Weddingsies (yeah, I'm rolling with that phrase now). Because these two are THE BEST. They're surrounded by some amazing friends and family (whom we've been so grateful to get to know and photograph at their own weddings). They're a group that I've witnessed multiple times now being 100% supportive of each other, graceful, funny, and so full of love.

So, long story short - yesterday, was nothing short of incredible. And if I HAD to sum it up in just one word, it would be Kevin. Which, I think means just about the same thing. 😉💜🐕

Congrats again, Mr. and Mrs. Boyce! 💜💜💜
