I am one person. One.

The photographer.
The editor.
The media expert.
The creative design + planner.
The videographer.
The admin assistant.
The accountant.
The whole shabang behind the camera.

Just one person. Now imagine adding that on top of who I am outside of a photographer.

I’m a:

- Mother
- Daughter
- Granddaughter
- Sister
- Best Friend
- Auntie
- Employee
- Human

I work 8am - 5pm at my day job + 6pm to 8pm I am doing sessions + I have weddings in and out of state every weekend til the end of November. I spend at the least 3 hours per mini session // 72 hours regular session // 240 hours per weddings sitting at my computer. The editing process is long and when you want it perfect to match the artistic quality you put out it takes time.

I go to work before my babies wake up, I get home when my babies are asleep. As someone that has done this as long as I have I can still never seem to slow myself down. As a mother there is nothing worse than not seeing my babies when I only have a set amount of time with them.

When I say I only work certain weeks, that also means I’m not replying to emails, text messages, messenger messages, ect. My time off has been aimed at my children 100%. My babies are only little for a little while.

Things happen, cars break down, sick babies, family emergencies, + unfortunately scheduling conflicts that appear outta no where. Some things are out of my control and I am very graceful when it comes to rescheduling. Please try and be the same when it comes to the photographers or businesses you hire in general that are small and ran by one person.

I am only one person + I’m human.
