Did you know that the date of Easter depends on the first full moon during or after the spring equinox? Easter will be the Sunday following that full moon!

The full moon this month is called the Pink Moon! Not because it’s actually pink, but because of the pink flowers starting to bloom at this time! The Native Americans choose special names for these full moons to help keep track of the year! The pink moon is also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and the Fish Moon!

a big bucket list item for me is to see and photograph the northern lights😍

Aurora in the Netherlands

I never thought I would be able to capture such a northern lights display in the Netherlands. We sometimes see a faint green glow on the horizon with strong activity, but I've never seen something like this. I have seen many strong auroras around the world, but seeing it in my homeland is really something special.
