D-AIR CAPITAL 2026 💫

a bunch of people gathering to play a 25 year old game will probably always make me a little emotional.

my first DIY event was a smash tournament I put together when I was 14. over 10 years later, so much of the way I understand community, event organizing, and just making things happen with your friends can be traced back to rooms like this. melee especially has introduced me to so many people and showed me pretty early on that you don’t need permission or a huge budget to create something people care about. you just need enough people willing to show up for each other.

was really cool getting to photograph D-AIR CAPITAL and see that same energy still alive & growing in Wichita. Congrats to all of the winners and the entire crew behind the event

Wichita Forever Fest ♾️

Here is my perspective of our fest while running around trying to keep it moving.

Thank you to every artist, volunteer, venue, friend, and stranger who helped make this happen. + extra love to our friends in Blucifer's First Rodeo for making the trip from Denver to be a part of it.

BIG UPS to my co-founder and director 𝕜ꫀꪮ for creating this spark & bringing an incredible team together to make this happen over the past 8 months. so happy we pulled it off, but not surprised at all. very proud of us.
