The most serene day ✨ A beautiful Catholic ceremony followed by a backyard reception created the perfect blend of timeless elegance and laid-back charm for Meg and Thomas’s day. From the gorgeous stain glass window that Meg’s grandparents helped build in the church to the handmade wood flowers that Meg and her bridesmaids spent a whole weekend making, every part of this wedding felt intentional without ever feeling overdone.

Fall Minis are officially OPEN for booking! I am offering 2 dates this year, on October 18th and November 1st. Sessions will each be 20 minutes long, and as usual, you will be able to pick your favorite images upon delivery.

We've all heard the phrase "don't try and shove a square peg in a round hole," right? If you know your kids have fun personalities or are in a toddler season, my advice is to "take turns" choosing poses. Tell them the grown ups and the kids will each choose some throughout the session. This allows us to *hopefully* capture everyone smiling at the camera, and also allows the kids to just be kids. Whether that's holding a butterfly, doing a handstand or making silly faces. Who says we can't compromise and make it enjoyable for everyone? Even dads sometimes want to strike a pose 😝Take a breath and embrace the season as it is.
