What I ate this week - ShutterFest Edition! 📸

(Did I forget to take photos after I started eating most of the time? Yes. Did I just scarf food down without a photo at all? Also yes.)

ShutterFest takes place and is walking distance to some incredible food! On top of that, a whole street of food trucks camp out around lunch time. 🤤

1&2: One of the hotel’s restaurants has a Brussels sprout appetizer and then I went with their pesto grilled chicken sandwich. The pesto was DREAMY! The Brussels were perfectly charred.

3: Landry’s Seafood had a crab cake appetizer that I split with but of course I didn’t take a photo of my entree. 🥲

4: Snagged 3 Al Pastor tacos from and truly, they were a work of art. 100% the BEST Al Pastor tacos I’ve ever had!

5: Another food truck choice! Go Gyro Go chicken with a baklava shake. I sometimes have texture issues with things being “soggy” so wasn’t sure how the filo would do in the shake but it was faaaaantastic. 😍

6: For SF+ I chose Bulgogi Steak tacos from . Y’all. I was excited for the Asian flair and they did not disappoint! Probably the spiciest tacos I’ve had in a while but, not even being dramatic, I would commit crimes for these tacos. 🤣

Your brand photos should be a variety of you in action and “background” images! 👉🏼

Dr. Kenfield needed updated website and social media photos that conveyed a welcoming environment and showcased their office and staff. Here’s what we came up with:

1️⃣ External building photos can be used to ensure new patients recognize where to go.

2️⃣ Photos of patient rooms and equipment showcase the cleanliness and provide a sense of “know” once someone is walking back to their room.

3️⃣ Greeting a new patient and working through their dental issue as a team.

4️⃣ Headshots of the staff (they’ll get printed and hung in the waiting area!)

5️⃣ We couldn’t miss getting the official office pup 😉

While these are just a sample, their gallery is packed full of photos that showcase their practice and will provide viewers with know, like, and trust! How do you think we did?!

Today we get to honor my dad and many others who have served. 🧡 He will receive a brick on the Memorial Walk at The Kansas City WWI Museum.

Wanna make your feed ✨aesthetic✨? Try these tips:

🎀 Start by choosing your style. It can absolutely evolve over time, but recognizing whether you prefer light vs dark and warm vs cool will help a ton!

🎀 Find a filter to make the editing process easier. We’re all about efficiency!

🎀 Use something like to pre-plan your content. This way you can dump some photos/graphics in and arrange them until you get what you like.

🎀 The next image or graphic you post should have at least one color from the previous post.

🎀 Consider your brand colors and incorporate those! They already compliment one another + it instills trust in your audience.
