A couple years ago I randomly stumbled across this walrus not too far from my place in the Westfjords. He most likely came from East Greenland and when he arrived he was quite exhausted & even had some bite marks on him, most likely from a polar bear.

In the last 6 months I’ve sailed across the South Atlantic Ocean, North Atlantic Ocean, 2 East Greenland sailing expeditions, directed 2 film projects, broke my arm, death in the family, filmed on many remote islands around the world, 5 continents, around 75 people interviewed around the world, 15 countries, 120k miles traveled. It’s by far been the wildest most rewarding 6 months with many lessons learned along the way.
