As a small child, I was introduced to photography by watching my father take photos of my mom, my sisters and I. From that moment, I was hooked. At the age of 12, I lost my father and photos became more important to me than ever. They were all I had left of him and had it not been for photos, my children would never have had the opportunity to see who their grandfather was. When I had my son, my love for photography became even stronger. I didn’t want to miss a single moment. I wanted to “stop time” and be able to relive these moments that were going by too quickly. To me, photos are magic. They are moments frozen in time. My goal is to capture memories, not poses. The certain way a child smiles, or a glimmer in their eye when they are talking about something they love. I want to be able to rekindle the feelings my clients had when a certain photo was taken. Being asked to capture these moments is an honor to me and I hope to one day be able to have the honor of stopping time for you and your family.
