I love going back to Poland. It brings back so many beautiful memories and reminds me how much this country will always mean to me.
This portrait is especially close to my heart. A beautiful little girl holding golden wheat in her hands—wheat that was picked from the fields just behind my family home. And the little blue cornflowers in her hair… they remind me of my own childhood, when we would spend summer days picking them in the fields. To me, this portrait holds the beauty of a Polish summer and memories that never fade.
I hope these photographs will become a treasured memory for Anabel as she grows older. And for me, they’ll always be a reminder of why returning home means so much. 🥰🥰🥰
