Hello, friends!! Wow, it's been SO long!

Since my last post, I moved to a new state, am now almost 2 years into my full-time job, plugged into a church, and lots of little things in between. Thank you to all those who waited patiently for my comeback while I took a hiatus to adjust 💕 Now that I'm getting back into the swing of photography, I've got a plethora of new stuff coming; be on the lookout ;)

**A quick note for my Iowa folks: Although I live in a different state, I still visit Iowa City fairly often! We can find a time that works for both of us so please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to book a session!

Last month, my dad asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I jokingly replied "a job" knowing he can't actually get me one. But my Heavenly Father heard me, extended His grace, and blessed me with a full time job in Chicagoland! He gave me a position with work that I want to do as a career and where the environment is everything I prayed for. God's lovingkindness is really to no end, especially since I definitely do not deserve this. All praise, glory, and honor go to Him 🙌🏼 [Psalm 113]

It's been awhile! Honestly, I've been going back and forth with a lot of business decisions recently and still haven't made concrete plans yet so this page will be a bit slow until I make up my mind 😆 Life is crazy, isn't it?!
I thought I'd at least let people know I still exist and I'm still out there shooting images!

Hi friends 👋
I wanted to introduce myself for those who may not know me :) I'm Sarah, and I am the face (and the name) behind Sarah Kang Photography! I'm a Jesus-loving, Friends-watching, and chai tea latte-drinking extroverted introvert. My favorite color is orange, but you will see most of my stuff are in my second favorite color, purple 💜 I like to box for exercise, and from this picture, you can definitely assume that I live in sweatpants 😅 But I like to wear dresses outside the house! I'm also a full-time grad student and heavily involved in various ministries at my home church; it is an honor to serve the children! (👈 what I tell myself every week before going downstairs to teach those punks-I mean, beautiful angels... just kidding, I really do love kids 😂).
