Recently went to Lakepoint State Park located in Alabama on Lake Eufala. It’s one of my favorite places to camp simply because every time we’ve gone there I’ve been given the opportunity to photograph mallard duck. Mallards are one of my favorite ducks just because I think they are beautiful. This trip did not disappoint. I was afforded the opportunity once again to see some Drake and hen mallards from a very close distance. It enabled me to get some pretty cool shots, shots that I’ve never gotten before. I think God for allowing me the chances I’ve been given to photograph the beauty of this world. I hope you enjoy these shots as much as I did taking them.

So after my previous picture that I posted of a long exposure it reminded me of a particular area on the beach that had some old dock pilings that people have decorated. I thought that it would also make a really nice long exposure picture. I took several shots from different angles and this is the composition that stood out the most. Hope you enjoy!

Went for a ride over the weekend just to see what I could find to take a picture of. I found myself in eastpoint and saw this tree standing in the edge of the bay as I drove past. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to take a long exposure.
