From meeting Hallé Cabral’s mom Shaanon Cabral by chance as a wedding guest years ago, to shooting second camera alongside her, to capturing Hallé and Alex’s beautiful Greek ceremony, life has a beautiful way of coming full circle. ✨

We spent a crisp October morning at her studio in Dartmouth, and the light was chef's kiss. Susan was a total natural in front of the camera.

The Hetu family joined me at Seapowet & Fogland Beach in Tiverton, RI—a hidden gem I’d never photographed before. Between the golden sunset, calm waters, and their boys’ playful energy, the night couldn’t have been more perfect. 🌅

🌫️☁️ Ever have one of those days where you drive through perfectly cloudy-but-clear skies… only to arrive at your location and find it completely swallowed by fog? 😂

Good thing my trusty “models” (aka my husband and son) were ready for some mysterious, foggy test shots! Because who needs perfect weather when you’ve got family who’s always up for a laugh and a pose?

Sometimes Mother Nature likes to keep us on our toes — and honestly, that’s what makes each session an adventure. 💕
