Just a friendly reminder anybody that is coming to Toccoa Stephens’s Regional Airport to see the Douglas C-47 “Placid Lassie” I will go ahead and let you know they are NOT taking up passengers for flights. It is only there for Airborne Jumpers as they do Jump training. One thing tho is they will let you look at the Aircraft, take Photos of it, walk inside of it, and ask questions about it. One thing they ask is DO NOT SIT IN THE PILOT OR CO-PILOT’S SEAT. If anybody it interested in more about the Aircraft or Willing to make Donations to keep this pice of History Flying please visit the website of the Tunison Foundation to purchase T-shirts, patches, stickers, and more to help keep this war bird flying.

Thank you Cobb Aviation Photography
