✨ Tonight feels like one of those once‑in‑a‑lifetime, full‑circle moments

My nephew graduated high school this week, and tonight I get to capture his senior session at my old high school

Western International
right in the heart of Southwest Detroit. The same halls, the same streets, the same energy… but now I’m returning as the aunt with a camera and a heart that’s about to burst.

There’s something surreal about photographing someone you love in a place that shaped you. It’s like past and present link arms for a second and remind you how fast life moves and how beautiful these milestones really are.

I am over the moon excited for this session and I already know these images are going to mean more than I can put into words. I can’t wait to share them later this one is special.

Here’s to family, to growth, to Southwest Detroit, and to moments that come full circle. ❤️📸
