I'm a Central Iowa family portrait, high school senior and wedding photographer. I am absolutely not a writer, so please bear with me. Aside from being a photographer, I'm a wife, a mom of four, sister, friend and crafter. My favorite color is rainbow, seriously I can't choose, all colors are beautiful. Give me all the things that sparkle; yes, that means, GLITTER! I love dark chocolate, pumpkin s

pice everything, Starbuck peppermint mocha but I'm really a Dunkin' girl. There is something about the moon and the stars, the smell of bonfires and freshly cut grass, crisp fall nights and warm summer mornings, staying up late and sleeping till noon, it gives me all the feels. I'm a little hippy, love Norwex green cleaning, recycle when I can, use essential oils and celebrating the earth and nature bring me joy. Life is real and raw so I believe you should live as such. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I have a huge heart and love hard. I hope this shed a little light on who I am and I can't wait to get to know you. Now for my photographic self, my kids have been an inspiration in my work. I always have loved taking pictures, but after my kids were born, the passion grew. All I ever tried to do was capture every moment of my babies lives, to never forget a single detail. I loved how a photograph could capture a moment and tell a story without saying a single word. After the birth of my third daughter I knew this was something I wanted to pursue. I absolutely began this journey as a "mom with a camera", but quickly it became something so much more. I am grateful that I am able to take a hobby and turn it into a career. My goal as a photographer is to help you "remember your yesterdays."

**Fall sessions require a $50 non refundable retainer. This is to be paid upon booking. If retainer is not received within one week your spot may be re-booked. The remaining balance is then due the day of session.
