Maternity sessions are typically scheduled after 30 weeks, though you’re welcome to book earlier in your pregnancy if you prefer. For in-home newborn sessions, I generally like to photograph babies around 7–10 days old. This timing allows you to settle into life at home, get some much-needed rest, and adjust to your new routine while also giving baby time to work through any jaundice, bruising, or swelling from birth.
I offer very flexible scheduling for newborn sessions, and if your baby arrives after their due date, your session can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Babies come on their own timeline and your experience should feel calm, supported, and stress-free.
