🎃 A little Halloween magic, captured on 4x5 film!

I’m excited to share that my black-and-white photograph, “Fall Pumpkinhead,” has been selected by YourDailyPhotograph.com and is being featured to fine art collectors around the world!

This fantastical portrait was created using my vintage Graflex 4x5 film camera paired with a Kodak Aero Ektar lens. That combination produces a wonderfully unusual depth and character, giving the image its eerie, almost dreamlike quality. A little photographic magic, with absolutely no AI required!

The image was also a creative collaboration with artist Thomas Leipold, who designed and created the whimsical bizarre pumpkin mask that brings this character to life. Thomas has an incredible imagination, and combining his artistry with my love of vintage photographic techniques made for one rather unusual portrait!

What makes this selection especially meaningful is the company it keeps.

YourDailyPhotograph.com is an internationally recognized fine art photography platform, backed by Los Angeles-based Duncan Miller Gallery. Since 2012, it has introduced curated photographic works to collectors worldwide, featuring both emerging artists and legendary photographers, including Dorothea Lange, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Richard Avedon, and Edward Weston.

The platform has also helped contemporary photographers find new collectors and sell their artwork internationally.

Deeply honored to have my work recognized alongside such an extraordinary history of photography, particularly an image created using a camera and lens with their own remarkable history.

A special thank you to Daniel Miller and the curatorial team at YourDailyPhotograph.com for selecting “Fall Pumpkinhead,” and to Thomas for lending his creative talents to this wonderfully strange character!

There’s something special about a beautiful night of art, community, and good people all show up in full force… and the 2026 Spring Gallery Walk delivered exactly that.

A sincere thank you to everyone who stopped in, spent time with the work, shared conversations, and brought such great energy into the studio. These events are never just about what’s on the walls, they’re about connection, and you all made that felt.

And to for keeping the glasses full with your crafted spirits, smooth, refreshing, and very appreciated.
