I started a self-portrait journey journal. Some images are fun, silly, others are solemn, sad, angry, or just blah. But when I look back at them, I see the progress in my eyes and body language.

I want to help those that have felt the same way or similar or just need to see the progress that is being made. Baby steps can be seen.
