Although every wedding I get to capture is special, this day was incredibly special to me. My cousin married his beautiful soulmate this past weekend and I had the honor of documenting every minute of it. Even though it was work, it was so much more than that. I got to be apart of all the moments. The mimosas with Ashlee’s girls, the fixing of the boys ties, the reveals, the quite moments before the craziness of the day started and all the in betweens. It’s a day I will always remember with so many fond memories. I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect match for Matt than Ashlee. Congrats you two!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

You sometimes meet people and instantly just click. That’s how it was when I met Becky and Justin. We’ve been good friends for the past 5 years and have been apart of so many important moments of each other’s lives. It’s been such a blessing being apart of their lives and I’m so happy to now be apart of their son’s. Welcome to the world little Brooks! You are already so loved ❤️

This is my first double header wedding weekend of the season. This was going to be my busiest wedding season yet, filled with double headers, but COVID had other plans. These last few months have really taught me to just roll with it and find the silver lining in each ever-changing moment. Although my heart breaks for all the couples who have had to change and put their weddings on hold, on the bright side I've got to spend a lot more weekends hanging out and relaxing with my kiddos & hubby. And I can't be mad at that, am I right?

Also, how beautiful are these masks that were made out of extra fabric from the brides dress?

Living in the Midwest I rarely look forward to snow but this year it’s much different. I’ve been anxiously awaiting the first good snowfall ever since I bought Quinn her first snowsuit. And boy did yesterday not disappoint. Although Quinny didn’t enjoy actually playing in the snow, seeing her excitement walking around as the snow fell around her was one of the greatest experiences.
